At Growvelle™, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about our shipping.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Remote and regional areas may experience longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost or product price.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can use this to track your parcel at any time. If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days, please contact us.

Delivery Issues

Incorrect address: Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Re-shipping fees may apply.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@growvelle.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Damaged parcels: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

P.O. Boxes

We are able to ship to P.O. Box addresses within Australia.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@growvelle.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for return instructions.
