We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device and screen settings. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes and are subject to change without notice.

All products are intended for use by adults in the preparation of baby food. Please follow all included instructions and safety guidelines when using Growvelle products.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept major credit and debit cards. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & Availability

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including product availability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing or product information.

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been placed. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance — your order is confirmed only when it has been dispatched.

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
